As a Kytabook user, you have full control to delete your account at any time. For that, you have to go to the Settings section (1) to proceed

The icon (2) allows you to log out of the application or delete your account. Clicking on it will display a popup with both options.

To delete your account, click on the button Delete account (3), and to confirm the deletion of your account, tap Yes (4)

When creating an account in Kytabook, we record the following:

  • Your unique ID, generated during account creation.
  • Your email address.
  • Your display name.
  • The books you have added to your library (both free and paid).

  • Information related to your purchase, such as transaction details, for record-keeping and customer support purposes. However, please note that we do not store any sensitive banking or payment information

Upon account deletion, we remove the following:

  • Your email address.
  • Your display name.
  • The books you have added to your library (both free and paid).

However, we retain only your unique ID and purchase information for the purposes of fraud prevention and financial traceability.
